Quick read, quick sign. Here's what you're agreeing to in plain English.
I'm OK being filmed, photographed, and recorded for this project.
I'm giving ISDIY STUDIO permission to use my image, voice, and name in the project itself and in anything promoting it — online, on TV, in social media, in print, in formats that exist now or get invented later. The Producer can edit and share the project however they need to, anywhere in the world, for as long as the project lives.
I understand:
- I'm doing this voluntarily. I'm not being paid, and I'm not expecting royalties or any other compensation.
- The footage belongs to the Producer; I don't have rights to it or to anything it earns.
- I don't get to review or approve the final edit.
- I won't bring a legal claim against the Producer over how the footage gets used.
I'm 18 or older, and I'm signing because I want to.
